Flared Out!

Wearing: RUE Flare Jeans (similar here) | H&M Sweater (similar here) | H&M Choker | Vintage Bag | Joe Fresh Ring and Bracelet

70’s Jean Flares have been EVERYWHERE this season from the top celebs, bloggers, and the runways. I have had these flares in my closets just waiting to get out for years and so happy I can rock them! The light bright blue of the denim gives it a more 70’s boho vibe which I love. Instead of pairing it with a peasant top I chose a blush light weight sweater from H&M to keep it simple and updated. I wanted to get the 70’s vibe but stay modern. I did add my mother’s vintage bag from the 70’s to bring that amazing old brown leather look to the outfit, and I just love this bag!

Long Live The White Dress

Wearing: Rachel Zoe Dillon Dress | ASOS Choker | Forever Sandals

I LOVE white! I always joke that white is my favorite color, you really can’t go wrong. If you know me I tend to wear black, white, grey and nude over and over again. This Rachel Zoe dress is such a stunner. It’s comfortable and screams summer. The detail on the shoulders add an extra feminine touch while being overall airy. The off the shoulder trend is so flattering as it accents your collarbone and neck (I think the sexiest part of the body!) I added a great rose gold choker for a small extra to compliment the dress and not fight with it. Also these blue and purple walls are killer background!.

It has been hot and humid in the city lately! Every summer it becomes what to wear to keep cool but also look put together, I love this Mango maxi skirt because the vivid red makes such a statement but so airy (both looks airy and feels airy!). I love the way it just picks up the wind wherever you go to make it a showstopper. I wore it with a linen blend tank button up and neutral sandals for a more casual look but can dress it up with a great pair of heels and crop top. You really can’t go wrong with a maxi in the summer!

C is for Culottes and that is good enough for me!

Well it was time for me try out one of the hottest trends of Spring/Summer… the Culotte! They already making a statement with the shape so I went on the classic side and stayed with a solid black culotte. I paired with this super cute (90’s/2000’s clueless feel) textured blue crop sweater. I never thought I would be wearing one of these again but I’m sort of obsessed! I love how it pops against the blue brick wall. Add a polarized aviator and bucket bag to the mix and it updates the look.
