Here are just a couple of my pictures and documentation from NY Fashion Week. I was luckily enough to go to some amazing presentations and shows. All the designers are so incredibly talented. It was a lot of running around but got to meet some amazing new people and see beautiful work. Can’t wait for the next season already, these looks I want now!.
Wearing: Sheinside White Lace Dress | Topshop Sneakers | Rocksbox “T” Cuff
Sometimes in fashion you just have to break the rules. Especially #1, no white after Labor Day… This is one you definitely should break! I live in neutrals, white being one of my favorites colors. White works anytime of the year, hello winter white. Also I wanted to pair this girly dress with sporty sneakers, I like bringing two styles together that wouldn’t necessarily go together. I love this all white look… and breaking the “rules”..
Wearing: Philosophy T-Shirt Dress | H&M Sandals | Mango Sunglasses | Chanel Bag
All I have to say is hello comfort! I’m so happy t-shirt dresses are in style because they are so comfortable but also so easy. You just throw it on and out the door you go. I tend to tie something around my waist to help give some shape and a nod to the 90’s trend. Below are a few of my favorite t-shirt dresses!.
It’s been one year since my wedding day and can’t believe how fast this year FLEW by! Looking back it brings me back to one of the happiest days of my life but also stressful! 1001 things went wrong, from a thunderstorm coming through, washing away the flowers, wrong music, cake melting, and more! But I look at this day and I see that things in life can and will go wrong but if you don’t let them get to you that day will be perfect and it was. It was the most fun and loving day to this point. I tried to remember everyday… don’t sweat the small stuff.
Wearing: Rue De Muscle Tee | Parker Smith Jeans | Nine West Heels | Chanel Bag
Jeans and a t-shirt, black and white, all basics, all which I love! They are called the basics for a reason, they are the starting block to build a outfit from and have stood the test of time in fashion. I took the regular jeans and a t-shirt and updated it a little. Add rips to the jeans, the muscle tee silhouette, and caged heels the outfit is completely revamped from this once oh so basic look. Plus adding a Chanel bag doesn’t hurt either!.
